From the Digital Car app

1. Open Digital Car and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete your account and confirm.

Without the app

Send the form on this page with the phone number or email on the account. Digital Car support uses that to find the account and delete it.

Data we delete

• Your profile, including your name, phone number, email address, and password.
• Saved cars, wishlist, comparisons, and notifications tied to the account.
• Cash, installment, and other requests that are not needed for a completed sale or financing file.

Data we keep

• Invoices, financing files, and sales records that Saudi accounting or financing rules require us to keep.
• Records needed for an open dispute, fraud review, or legal claim.

We complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming the request. Records we must keep stay only for the period required by law, then we delete them.
